We want you to have a smooth, supportive experience with our digital guides. This policy explains when refunds apply and how to request help.
1. What this covers
- All digital products sold on Makeup of the Soul (PDF guides, templates, printables, visual packs).
2. Statutory right to cancel (UK)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase before the download begins.
When you purchase, you are asked to consent to immediate access. By starting the download or receiving access, you waive the 14-day cancellation right for that item.
3. Faulty files or access problems
If a file is faulty, corrupted, or not as described, email us and we will repair/replace the file or refund you if the issue cannot be fixed promptly.
If you experience technical issues (expired link, access problems), we’ll restore access or provide an alternative link.
4. Change of mind
Once a download has started or access is granted, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind, as the product is digital and cannot be “returned.”
5. How to request support or a refund
Please email damascantamara@gmail.com with:
- your name and purchase email;
- order date and product name;
- brief description of the issue (screenshots if helpful).
We aim to respond within 2 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (payment processor timelines may vary).
6. Fair use & anti-abuse
We reserve the right to refuse a refund where there is evidence of abuse (e.g., repeated refunds after download across multiple products, chargeback misuse). This does not affect your statutory rights.
