We offer digital self-help guides and related materials (PDFs/printables/visuals). Unless stated otherwise, products are delivered electronically via download link or email.

You must be 16+ to use the site or purchase digital products.

  1. Pricing & payments

Prices are shown in GBP and may change at any time. Payments are processed by Stripe and/or PayPal. You agree to provide accurate billing information.

  1. Delivery of digital products

After successful payment you’ll receive a download link (on-screen and/or by email). Keep the link private. If you have issues downloading, email us — we’ll help restore access.

  1. Licence to use digital products

Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the file for your own individual use.
You may not resell, redistribute, upload, publish, share publicly, or create derivative commercial works from our files without written permission.

  1. No medical or legal advice

Content is educational and self-help oriented. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice and does not create a patient-doctor or client-therapist relationship. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified professional.

  1. User content & acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site unlawfully, infringe IP rights, or attempt to bypass security;
  • upload malware or harmful code;
  • scrape, mirror, or bulk-download content.
    We may suspend access if these rules are breached.

All content (text, artwork, images, branding) is owned by Tamara Damascan or licensed to us. All rights reserved.

  1. Refunds & cancellations (digital content)

For digital products, once a download has started or access is granted, your 14-day right to cancel under UK consumer law is waived (Consumer Contracts Regulations).
If you have not downloaded yet, you may email us to cancel within 14 days for a refund. If a file is faulty or not as described, we will repair/replace or refund.

The site is provided “as is”. We use reasonable care, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.

Your data is handled under our Privacy Policy and Cookie practices. By using the site you acknowledge these policies.
